For most of my life, I was searching for something I couldn't quite put into words—something I couldn't even name. Looking back, I realize I was searching for alignment.

Many of us know what it feels like to feel disconnected from ourselves, even if we wouldn't use words like God, consciousness, or alignment to describe it. We simply know that something feels missing.

Somewhere along the way, I began to understand that what I was searching for wasn't outside of me. It was a deeper connection within myself—a remembering of who I had always been underneath everything I had learned to be.

The more I came to know myself, the more my outward expression naturally evolved. I wasn’t trying to reinvent myself. I was finally allowing the person I was becoming to be seen.

It was through that journey that I realized style is not just about fashion. It’s an expression of how we see ourselves and how we show up in the world. That realization became the foundation for Style My Frequency.

Today, I help people recognize who they've already become and give visible expression to what has already changed within them.

 

Sometimes we've changed far more than we realize because nothing around us reflects it yet.

Through style, I help bridge that gap—not by helping people become someone they're not, but by helping them embody and express who they're already becoming.
